Relate Team Members to Team Location Record

The Team Members can be related to the Team Organisation record. The Team Captain has automatically been related when the Team was setup in the Event.

1.Locate the Team Location record under the Contact forms

2.Click the Relationships tab

3.Click Tree to change to Sublist view

4.Click the + to add a relationship

5.Locate and select the member

6.Click Yes

7.Select the Relationship, click OK

8.Select Team Member, Click OK

If asked to make this contact the Main or Secondary contact, select No

9.Repeat for all Members
