The following event is going to consist of teams that are setup as locations/sub events. Each team will have a team captain and all the members and captain of the team are raising funds by getting people to sponsor them at a Bake Off.

Ticket Types that have a cost involved can be setup so an Event Id can be associated with a Source 2 code.

The Ticket Type is setup with Source 1. When a booking is made from an event and there is a Source 2 any payments will automatically pick up the Source 1 and Source 2 codes.

A lookup value under the Finance folder “Include Events in Source 2” should be set to Yes and “Hide Source Code 2” should be set to No.
