Create a Team Organisation Record

A Team record is created for each Location at the Event. The Team Captain is the Fundraiser which could be someone hosting a sub event and/or who is a person responsible for raising funds at a sub event on your behalf.

Create an Organisation record from the Contacts Modules for the Team. This could be the Sub Event Id for the Location.

You could have the Year in front e.g. 18_BO_L01 if you want to keep separate Teams for each year or if you are going to use the same Team in the future you may want to keep it generic
