On deceasing a head of household the surviving life partner, husband, wife household salutations are updated to be their individual salutations along with them becoming the new head of household.
On deceasing a head of household, other household members' default address will be redirected to that of the surviving life partner, husband, wife.
On deceasing a household member they are now removed from the household and the head of household address is transferred to their own record. Should that member be a life partner, husband or wife the surviving life partner, wife or husband's household salutations will be set to be their individual salutations.
Mark a Contact as Deceased
1.Click Communication on the left
2.Click the Addresses tab
3.Click the pencil beside the Do Not Mail Reason on the Do Not Communicate panel
4.Select Deceased and click the pencil to close
If there are any Active Memberships a dialog box will appear notifying this needs to be actioned. The memberships should either be terminated or transferred.
