The Relationship manager provides you with the facility to make associations between contacts so you can have a better understanding of your contacts.
The Relationship Analysis report will also give you an enlightened view of how a particular group of people donate to your organisation.
thankQ has preset relationships but if more are required these can be setup by your thankQ Administrator.
Salutations such as Mr and Mrs should be used when known as thankQ will populate the Gender field and can then determine the opposite relationship.
Relationship types include:
Family |
Husband, Wife, Partner, Brother, Sister, Mother, Father, Son, Daughter, Cousin, Sister-in-law, Brother-in-law |
Business |
Parent company, Subsidiary, Business Partner |
Employment |
Employer, Employee, Manager, Director |
Support |
Committee Member, Chairperson, Campaign Manager, Events Manager, Co-ordinator |
