As envelopes arrive they will need to be processed against the person who the donation is in memory of.

For Example, If you receive an In Memoriam envelope from the Serenity Funeral Home, for a donation in memory of Eric Matthews whose Source Code is INMEM_EMATTHEWS, the donation is processed with Source Code INMEM_MATTHEWS and Source Code 2 INMEM_ENV_SERENITY (if this in the name of the Source Code 2 used for the Funeral Home).

1.Select the serial number of the contact on the Payment Details form.

2.Enter the Amount and Payment Type.

3.Enter the In-Memoriam Source Codes.

4.Click the Audit tab and enter the Manual Receipt No.

5.Click OK.
