In-Memoriam under the Contact modules holds information about Next of Kin and any payments made against the Estate.

1.Click on In-Memoriam under the Contact modules.

2.Locate the Estate for which you are writing letters.

3.Click Write and select to Write First Time Next of Kin Letters.

4.Enter a Start Date and End Date.

5.Select the template.

A letter is generated to the next of kin informing them of any donations.

6.Print and Log this letter back to thankQ.
