We will create a Source Code for the person who the donations are in memory of as a Source Code 1.

1.Click on the Source Codes icon under the Finance module.

2.Select View Source Codes.

3.Click the New button on the tool bar.

4.Enter an In-Memoriam Source Code.

5.Select the In-Memoriam Type from drop down.

6.Enter a Description.

7.Click on the Source Details tab.

8.Enter Notes, Start/End dates etc.

9.Select an Associated Destination Code.

10.Click on the Additional tab.

11.Click on the Pick List beside Serial Number and select the serial number of the Estate.

12.Enter or select the Date Deceased if not already inserted.

13.Select the Next of Kin from the pick list.

14.Enter any other relevant information on the form.

15.Click OK.
