Update Contact Details

When you add contacts to an event the address details are automatically carried over from the Contact Details screen.  

Setting up an event and taking bookings may take a period of several weeks or even a month or two and in this time some of the contact details may have been updated in thankQ.  

You can update the details of a single contact or update all contacts in a search.

1.Search for the contact or contacts you want to update.

2.From the 0Admin menu select Refresh Details (this contact) or Refresh Details (this selection).  The details will be updated.

Please note that if you have loaded contacts using the Add Invited Mailing option and the mailing you selected used a specific Mailing Preference, the contact details will be overwritten with the default address, not the one used in the mailing.
