As contacts receive the event mailing they will either accept or decline the invitation. If they accept the invitation, the contact is booked onto the event and there will be an outstanding amount for the tickets they intend to purchase.

Once the contact is booked onto the event additional information, their planned attendance at selected sessions and structures can be added to their booking.

If the contact has declined the invitation we can change their status to Declined.
