Grants are for specific amounts and may have very specific conditions. You may need to set up an Action reminder to facilitate the Grant process or record additional information about the Grant. The tab area of the form provides a facility for this.
Funding |
The grand totals of the funding elements indicating the total requested, awarded and received will be displayed on the Details tab. The actual funding details are entered into Grants Application Funding Form which is accessible from the right click menus on the Funding tab. Menu options also provide a facility to make payments when money is received. Once details have been entered through the Grants Application Funding Form, thankQ will create a pledge for each grant. Details of all pledges can be viewed through the Pledges/Information Regular/Giving Form in the Finance Module or through the Financial, Payment and Pledges tabs on the Contacts form |
Additional Info |
Additional information relating to the Grant can be added using this tab. These can be setup in Lookup Values under the Administration module of thankQ |
Actions |
An action will be automatically created x number of days prior to the closing date and notification date of an application. An action will also be automatically created x number of days before the yearly anniversary of the application date of the grant. The number of days, x, will be determined by you |
