One or many contacts relating to the grant can be entered into the Contact Information area of the Grants Application form.
These contacts do not have to be related to the organisation but must exist as a Contact record in thankQ.
1.Right click in the space directly under the Contacts area of the form and select Add a Contact from the menu
2.Locate and select the Contact
3.Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add more contacts
4.Right click and select Set/Unset as Main Contact on the contact who is the main contact
The main contact will be highlighted in red
The Role associated with contacts is maintained in lookup values under the Administration Module.
5.Right Click and select Edit the Role for this Contact to enter a role for the Contact
