When Bookings are available they can be found on the online Roster as these are synchronised up to the Web on a regular basis.
•An email could be sent to the Volunteers requesting them to take a look at the Roster and Request any Bookings they can undertake.
•If the Volunteer has the Available button coloured they can see their available bookings.
•The Volunteer can click on the day of a month to view the availability and if they can take a booking they can click on the Request button
•This request is now displayed under Requested
