To create invoices reflecting posted transactions in Xero run the option Xero Finance from the Finance Module:
When prompted, enter the appropriate start and end dates. Transactions approved within this date range will be subsequently included.
Should there be no transactions within the selected date range then the following message will appear:
Should transactions exist then a progress plinth will appear that will confirm whether or not invoices were successfully created:
Once complete go to Xero to see the invoices created. Note that these are created as a draft: The Ref column will correspond to the Batch ID used in thankQ.
