This report will give a snapshot of all the related contacts up to 10 levels deep with a summary of their donation history.

1.Locate Jane Smith’s record using Quick Search

2.Go to the Sublist view of her Relationship tab

3.Click the Cog and select View Relationship Analysis Report

4.Click Yes to confirm

5.Select how many levels (up to 10) you want to view in the report, click OK

The contacts at level 2 are the direct relations to Jane Smith. The contacts at level 3 are the direct relations to the people at level 2.

The report shows any VIP and Major Donors. There is also donation information at the right
