On the Relationships tab, other than being able to add, change, remove you are also able to Set the Default Address to this Contact to that of the related contact and to Specify this Contact’s Address as a Mailing Preference.  

Both of these functions can be performed from the Preferences Tab, but you may also find it convenient to select these options from the Relationships Tab.
