If a contact has replied with a request to unsubscribe from your SMS messages, then follow the steps below.

1.Right click on the contact who has replied to unsubscribe.

2.Select Apply SMS Replies (this Contact).

3.Click Yes to set the mailing preference to Do Not Mail.

The Applied field will now be ticked.

The Mailing Preference used for the SMS will now have been set to Do Not Mail.

Please note that this will set this preference as Do Not Mail NOT as Do Not SMS. If you want to set a contact as Do Not SMS then you will need to set this yourself manually for the contact. It is not possible to set individual Mailing Preferences to Do Not SMS at this time.
