thankQ Help

When information is received from the Web thankQ will map these ids to its own.

1.Click on File | Manage Configurations

2.Click on the External ID Mappings tab

In this example there are two new contacts which thankQ has mapped its own serial numbers to and also two payments that thankQ has mapped to receipt numbers.

3.Close the Configurations tab by clicking the x on the tab
