When the Clean Data process has completed the process will then run on all records with a status of 'Cleaned'

•De-dupe will then determine if the record exists in thankQ already.

•If record does not exist the status will be set to 'New'.

•If the record is matched with an existing record the status is set to 'De-duped'.

•If the record has possible duplicates the status is set to 'Suspect'.
