thankQ Help

A general Configuration ID will exist to allow automatic mapping of external system IDs.

If a record in the import has a configuration ID it is changed to a thankQ ID. The external ID and thankQ ID are saved. The next time a record is imported with the external ID it is matched to the thankQ record.
