If a booking had been booked with a certain ticket type and it should have been a different ticket type the Booking will need to be cancelled, reinstated and then rebooked.

1.Locate and select the Event

2.Locate the Attendee using the Quick Search

3.Click on the magnified glass beside the contact to be changed

4.Click 4 Book on the menu bar

5.Select Cancel Booking

6.Click Yes to confirm

The Status is now Cancelled

7.Click Booking Info to view the Booking Notes

8.Click 4 Book and select Reinstate Cancelled Contact

9.Click Yes to confirm this Contact will now have a status of Invited

10.Click on the Attendee tab

11.Click on the Book this Contact button

12.Select the Ticket Type from the drop down, click OK

13.Specify the number of Places and click OK

14.Click Yes to accept just this place

15.Click Yes if you are processing a payment or No to receive payment later
