Time Slots are entered for the times required for the Job. There could be Volunteers who can only help in the morning and others who can help in the afternoon.

A Job is required per Volunteer so their time can be recorded against their record.

1.Click on the Slots tab

2.Right Click and select Add New One-Off Slot

3.Enter or select a Date from the Pick List

4.Select the Start Time and End Time this Volunteer is working

5.Click OK
