If for any reason you need to un-install the Outlook add-in, this can be achieved from the Control Panel. If you do not have the access rights to do this you should contact your IT Team.

1.Right click on the Start button at the bottom left corner of your screen

2.Click on Programs and Features

3.Locate Outlook-Addin_thankQ

4.Click Uninstall

5.Click OK

6.If the Add-in did not uninstall click to Uninstall using compatibility settings, otherwise click close

7.Close the Programs and Features window
