The Privacy Statement page tells people visiting your website about how their personal details will be stored and what they will be used for.  It should provide reassurance that their personal details will be secure and explain how these details may be used in the future.

The Contact Us page provides contact details for your organisation.  Donors can access this page if they have a problem completing the donation form or if they require further information before making a donation.

The donor will view the Privacy Statement or Contact Us pages by clicking on the links at the bottom of your donation page.  The information contained in these pages will then open in a popup window.

If you are using the MULTI page version of eDonations, it is only necessary to create ONE Privacy Statement and Contact Us page.  The content in these two pages will then appear as popup windows for ALL of your donation pages.  A different picture or logo for the Privacy Statement and Contact Us popup windows can be used for each donation page.
