1.From the Web Editor menu, click on the Privacy Statement link.

2.The Privacy Statement form will appear. This form also contains familiar Word style buttons that can be used to format text and then a blank field to enter the actual text.
3.Enter your organisations privacy statement in the blank field. Use the relevant buttons to format the text to your requirements.

4.Click on the Save button found at the bottom of the form when you are satisfied with your changes.
5.To preview your statement, click on the View button next to the save button.
6.You will be able to see how your Privacy Statement will appear on-line.
