When a Sponsorship is created a One Off Pledge is created. If the Sponsor is going to pay by instalments the Pledge can be amended to add instalments, otherwise there will be one instalment which can be paid over time but will have an outstanding amount.
1.Click on the hyperlink in the Total Cash Value field to take you to the Pledge.
2.Click on the Instalments tab.
3.Right click in the top window and select New Instalments.

4.Enter the Number of Instalments, click Next.

5.Enter the Amount, Start Date and Frequency, click Finish.
 |
6.Click Yes to accept new instalments.
 |
7.Right click on the first instalment and select Edit this Instalment Amount.
8.Enter the instalment amount, click OK.

9.Click Yes.
 |
The Pledge can now be paid by way of instalments.
