When a Sponsorship is created a One Off Pledge is created for the payment amount for the Invoice Contact.
To view the Pledge click on the Total Cash Value hyperlink amount.

If your Sponsorship was setup with multiple contacts, then the Main Contact will be credited on the Pledge as a Soft Credit (as long as the Lookup Value Auto Add Main Contact As Soft Credit On A Pledge has been set to Yes).
