There are several ways to view existing tickets once logged into the online support portal.
1.Click on your profile name on the top right hand corner of the screen, and select My Activities as shown below
2.On the homepage, click on View Open Requests as shown below
3.From there you can choose to view the following, with dates and status’;
•Requests you are CC’d on
•Requests from your organisation (in case there is more than 1 thankQ Manager)
•Your Requests
