Using the thankQ Support Website

The support website was set up to support thankQ clients once their thankQ system is live. Support requests can be logged to the Support website 24/7. Once logged, each ticket is referred to as a support request.

The site will generally be used by the thankQ Manager in each organisation. All users of the site need to be pre-registered by thankQ Solutions before being able to log tickets.  Having a thankQ Manager helps you to filter the tickets that are logged to ensure your organisational processes are followed, and answered internally before they reach us.  This process helps to ensure an effective and timely service provided by our support team.

There are three possible ways to log a support request:

1.Send an email to support@thankQ.zendesk.com

2.Go to thankq.zendesk.com and login

3.Phone 1800 207 360 (for overseas customers +61 1800 207 360). If you call between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time a support engineer will take your call. It is preferable to log a request on the system prior to calling for tracking and also to view screenshots of the issue for quicker resolution.
