You should create a separate Batch for EziDebit credit card payments.  It is not possible to process other types of payments within the same Batch. Your thankQ Administrator can create a special Batch type for EziDebit Credit Card payments if required.

1.Create a Batch and complete the Details section of the Batch Information form with Description, Account etc  

2.Ensure that you are on the Batch Defaults tab. Click on the Payment Type drop list and select Credit Card.

3.Complete any other Batch Default fields and Click Ok.
