EZIDEBIT PROCESSING

EziDebit Batch Processing is a method for dealing with Credit Card and Direct Debit payments.

The main features to the EziDebit Batch Processing System are as follows.

The use of Tokens to alleviate the need to store full credit card numbers in ThankQ.  

An automated EFT process that enables credit cards to be scheduled for processing.  

An automated process to send direct debit EFT files direct to EziDebit.

A simplified process for uploading results files for Direct Debit payments.

This guide covers how to use these features.  It is assumed that you already have experience in creating and processing batches, payments and pledges.

 

Notes to Consider:

No more than 2 payments may be added for a credit card/bank account on any given day.

No payment date greater than 31 days in the past can be sent.

The schedule for processing the collection of payments added is 6am and 3pm AEST (Brisbane) every business banking day (daylight savings will need to be considered for any scheduling regarding adding the payments and getting the results).

 

Refunds:

Refunds to Credit Cards and Direct Debits can be made via the Ezidebit portal. If you do not have access to Refunds on the Portal please email support@ezidebit.com.au to request this.

Refunds can only be made to payments that have been entered into a Batch in thankQ and have been settled via using the EFT Gateway.

Online donation e.g. made via eDonations can not be refunded.
