Within the Action Manager form the Show All menu allows you to pick your open actions. An action is considered an Open Action if it is assigned to your thankQ user name and the status is not set to Completed.

Show - Shows all actions of all users regardless of status or whether they are assigned to you or not.

My Open Actions - Shows all of your open Actions.

Show Actions Not Started - Shows all actions of all users regardless of where the status is Not Started.

Show Actions Completed - Shows all actions of all users regardless of where the status is Completed.

Show Actions In Progress - Shows all actions of all users regardless of where the status is In Progress.

Reminders on Me for Today - Shows all actions assigned to you, regardless of status where the Reminder Date is today.
