Using Action Manager you are able to set up strategic reminders for contact records, events, financial transactions, etc.
Some Actions are set up by the user and some are system generated, contact CRM Relationship Plan reminders for example.
You can also set up special actions that are either business rule driven or process driven. These actions will be triggered by a process in the system, such as setting up an event, or by a date, such as checking the expiry date of credit cards on continuous pledges.
