Rather than creating your own templates from scratch, you can copy one of the thankQ example templates (or even one created yourself) and then make further changes as necessary.
1.Click Create New Merge Template under Communication
2.Enter a name for the new template and click the Ok button.
3.Select the purpose of the template on the drop down menu and click the Ok button.
4.You will be prompted to make a copy of an existing template. Click Yes
5.Select the template that you wish to copy and click Open.
The template will be copied and the new template will open automatically
6.Change the template to suit your needs and then Save
