If you want to add more than one contact to a host you can construct a power search to find those contacts and add them using the New Guests (via Power Search) option.

1.Right-click the Host you want to add the Guests to and select New Guests (via Power Search) from the drop down menu.

2.The Power Search screen will be opened up, ready for you to construct your power search.  When you have entered the criteria click the Finish button to add the contacts to the Host.

3.The following confirmation message will be displayed when you click the Finish button.  Note that the number of contacts that are being added will be the same as the search results of the Power Search.  Click Yes to proceed.

4.After the guests have been added you will need to refresh the Host list as indicated by the following message.

5.To see the guests, right-click the Host you added the guests to and select Refresh Selected Item from the drop down menu.
