If an organisation runs events during the year the Host-Guest Template can be used to manage your invited guests that are grouped together by host.  

The Host-Guest Template is a hierarchical tree-structure where the levels are described as Campaign, Division, Sub-Division, Host and Guest.  Any number of Campaigns, Divisions, hosts and guests may be added to the template.  Once the main structure is in place individual parts of the template can then be applied to a specific event, where it may then be modified if necessary through the Host-Guest Events icon.  Once the template has been applied to an event it is locked, preventing further changes, as this is the permanent record of host-guest structure.
