If there is going to be more than one Volunteer to do the job you can copy the job that has been setup for another Volunteer. Each Volunteer requires to have their own job where their time can be tracked.

Copying jobs copies everything except applicants.

Locate the job you wish to copy from either Quick Search, Search or Table View.

1.Click New on the tool bar

2.Select Copy Current Job

3.Click Yes that you understand no applicants will be copied across

4.Enter the number of times to copy this job, click OK

The Job is copied for the same client but without any applicants
