When a volunteer application check is processed within the organisation the Approve Self Application workflow may be used to signify that the check has been completed.

Ensure that the •Disclosure Ref •Date of Declaration •Self Application Documentation Seen •Issuing Body and Valid From/To fields are completed before approving the application. |
If these fields are not populated the following message will appear:
1.After creating a volunteer check and entering the relevant information click the Approved Self Application button.
2.You will be asked if you wish to move the status to Approved Self Application. Click Yes to proceed.
The stage then shows as Approved Self Application and no further action is required.
