If you have set the lookup value Remove Workflow from Volunteer Check to Yes then you can create Volunteer Checks that don't need to go through the various workflow stages. To create these checks perform the following steps:
| 1. | Click on the Volunteer Checks icon under the Volunteer module. |
Or
| 2. | Click on the Checks tab on the Volunteer form and then right click on the Check and select Go to Volunteer Check. |
| 3. | The Volunteer Checks form should now be open. Select New to add a new Volunteer Check or Edit to change an existing check. |
| 4. | Select the Check Type. |
| 5. | Enter something into the Disclosure Ref, Valid From and Valid To fields. |
| 5. | Add any other changes you want and then click Ok to save the record. |
