At your event you may have a number of tables or rooms. Rather than adding each structure individually, you can use the Copy Structure facility to easily create duplicates of a structure.
1.Right click on the structure you want to copy and select Copy Structure from the drop down menu.
2.Enter the number of copies you wish to make and click OK
3.Click Yes to confirm you wish to make copies of the structure
The copies of the structure will be added to the Structures tab. A unique ID number will be added to each structure copy.

It is recommended you remove the original structure so only structures with an ID number (STRxxxxxxx) remain. To remove the original structure, right click on the original structure and select Remove Structure from the drop down menu. |
