‘Structures’ refers to the facilities or methods, by which attendees are organised during an event.
For example, at a dinner you may have a number of tables at which attendees will be sitting. Using structures you can create the tables and then book contacts on to each structure as they RSVP to the event.
You can add more than one type of structure to an event.
For example, in addition to allocating attendees to tables you may be providing buses to get people to the event and will need to allocate people to a bus so you know how many buses to book.
If a tick in the Limit One Attendee Per Structure Type is required you need to Edit the form.
