If you are getting error messages when using thankQ, you’ll need to take a screen shot of the message and attach it to your Support Ticket.
1.On your keyboard in the upper row of keys usually after the F12 key is the Print Screen (Prt Sc) Key.
Click the Print Screen key. Although nothing will appear to happen, everything on your computer screen
will be copied to your computer’s clipboard.
2.Open Microsoft Word or Paint or another program that displays graphics. Right click on a blank page and click Paste from the menu that appears.
The image of your desktop that has been stored on the clipboard will be pasted into your document.
3.Save the document to a file on your computer and make a note of the location.
