thankQ Help

The USB cheque scanner allows you to quickly scan cheques into thankQ.  

There should not be any configuration involved as Windows will load a driver for the device once it is plugged into a USB port.

Once a cheque is scanned, the New Payment screen will open and the Account, BSB, Bank Details and Cheque Number will be entered automatically.  

If the account details have been entered before, thankQ will automatically locate the thankQ contact for you.  

If the cheque has been scanned previously thankQ will pop up a dialogue window with details asking if you want to view the payment.
