1.Click on the Additional Info tab and then right click in the text area
You will be asked to enter a Name for the Additional Information and also a Value. The names and values can be set up in the Lookup Values which are accessed through the Administration Module if they are repetitive or they can be entered directly.
2.Click on the Picklist icon for Name and select a Name for the Additional Information, click OK
3.Click on the Picklist icon for Value and select a Value, or enter your own, click OK
4.Continue to enter a Date From, Date To, Priority and Notes for the Additional Information
5.Click OK
