thankQ Help
When a contact unsubscribes from the journey they are downloaded into thankQ. They can be found under the Unsubscribes tab of the Communication List Automation. They are removed from the journey.
The Summary tab under Commication List Automation displays how many contacts have been emailed, how many opened, how many clicks, how many unsubscribes and bounces.
The Opens tab displays the contacts who have opened the email
The Clicks tab displays the URL’s that have been clicked.
The Bounces tab displays any emails that bounced. These could be Soft bounces where a mail box could be full and the email address does exist or a Hard bounce where the email address does not exist.
