Navigation: CONTACTS > MANAGE CONTACTS > Archive Contacts

Retrieve Archived Contacts

Archived contacts do not get removed from thankQ, they are placed in a different area so they can be retrieved if necessary.

1.Select Un-Archive a Contact from File>Archive on the tool bar.

2.Locate the contact you wish to un-archive from the list and click OK.

3.Click Yes to confirm you want to un-archive the selected contact.

thankQ restores the contact and all archived details to the main contact list and advises that the process has been successfully completed.
