The available start times for Programs / Tours shown on the website will be governed by the list of available start times

The algorithm / rules that will be used to determine Program / Tour availability will be as follows:

•The exception being the a nominated Room/Floor which allows for more than one booking which is set by a lookup value Max N Bookings Combined in Location

•For the given date / time and chosen Program / Tour, each Sub-Tour will use the Location Permutation (in order of the lowest preference permutation) to match against available locations.

•If available, then stop and display available.

•If no permutation is available, then, for the given date / time and chosen Program / Tour, each Sub-Tour will use the Location Permutation (in order of the lowest preference permutation) to see if locations currently used by other existing bookings are undersubscribed.

•If available, this booking will utilise the spare capacity with the existing booking.

Note: Spare capacity can only be used if the Year Group of the proposed booking is the same or one year different from the existing booking. Further, the proposed and existing booking the subject must be the same

•No further calculations are attempted.

•Display program / tour not available
