Public Events will go to the standard thankQ Events web module using the appropriate URL

Adult, Education and Professional will go to the thankQ Program / Tours web module using the appropriate URL

Data regarding the booking will be collected and stored in the database at each stage of the process when the “Next” button is pressed. Therefore, any website sessions that result in an incomplete booking will be captured allowing staff to review incomplete bookings and where appropriate initiate contact with the bookers. Incomplete bookings will reside in thankQ’s web holding area for staff to Accept (hence completing the booking) or Reject (throw away).
