1.Click Tour Booking under the Events Modules

2.Click New on the tool bar

3.Enter a Reference

4.Select Status if different from Tentative

Locking the booking will ensure that any decisions regarding Booking Groups and Location selection will not be altered by the automated calculations that the system makes when determining availability.

At any time a booking may be unlocked and manually adjusted by a user (who wishes to allocate resources / locations / staff / changes numbers etc). The user should lock the booking after their edits to stop the automated calculations making any adjustments. No conflict or clash detection will occur when making manual edits.

Conflict/clash detection will take into account the manual changes made when considering conflict/clash detection for later bookings

5.Enter or select the For Serial No.
