If you would prefer not to replace existing fields with new information, then you can select to add the New information as an Additional Address.
1.Select the Keep Existing Address add New as Extra button.
2.In the Select new Details to Add as Extra Address select one of the options below.

•Address – to add the Postal Address shown in the New Details section as an Extra Address
•Email - to add the Email Address shown in the New Details section as an Extra Address
•Phone Numbers – to add the Day, Eve, Mobile and Fax numbers shown in the New Details section as an Extra Address
•ALL – to add all contact details as an Extra Address.
3.You will then be prompted to select the type of Extra Address. Select an address type and click OK.
